We may collect information you provide directly through the website or chat, including your name, email address, company, website, newsletter subscription, files you upload, voice messages you record, and any business context you voluntarily share.
We use submitted information to respond to inbound requests, qualify potential projects, deliver consultations, provide gated demo access, maintain newsletter subscriptions, improve the website experience, maintain security, and operate services offered under the Intelligency Studio brand.
Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data based on one or more of the following grounds: your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, and the need to take steps prior to entering into a contract or performing an agreement with you.
Messages, contact form submissions, demo access requests, attachments, and recorded audio may be processed by our backend systems and selected AI providers to generate responses, summarize your request, and notify our team. We store conversation history, consent records, lead metadata, and demo access records so we can provide access, continue the discussion, and follow up effectively.
The guided logistics demo uses synthetic data. When you explicitly agree to demo usage analytics, we record stable action identifiers, the current demo step, and active time. Demo events do not include the name, website, or email values entered in the access form.
Newsletter subscriptions are stored separately from sales leads and require a separate checkbox. You may withdraw that subscription through the unsubscribe option in a future email or by contacting us.
We may share information with service providers that help us run the website and communication workflow, including hosting providers, AI model providers, messaging providers, and CRM systems if enabled. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain information only for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain records of our commercial communications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our business interests.

The guided demo also has a separate first-party usage analytics checkbox, and the newsletter has a separate subscription checkbox. If you do not grant communication consent, you may still browse the public site, but we will not process form submissions, demo access requests, newsletter subscriptions, chat entries, attachments, or audio recordings through the website.
We use local storage or similar client-side technologies to remember your consent settings and keep consent choices consistent across pages. If you enable analytics, we also store an anonymous visitor identifier, a browser-session identifier, and campaign attribution parameters so we can measure traffic sources and lead conversion in our self-hosted analytics system. After an accepted demo access request, we set a secure HttpOnly access cookie with a limited lifetime so the backend can authorize the guided demo and associate consented demo events with the access grant.
